Samantha DuMond

Samantha DuMond, Esq., is the founding attorney of DuMond Law Firm, PLLC, where she represents clients in criminal defense, family law, personal injury, probation violations, post-conviction relief, and trust and estate planning. Known for her dedication to serving individuals who face barriers to quality representation, she is a passionate advocate committed to ensuring that every client has access to skilled legal defense and the chance for a fair outcome.

Ms. DuMond earned her B.S. in Business Management from the University of Phoenix while also completing an A.S. in Aviation Science from Schenectady County Community College. She went on to obtain her J.D., cum laude, from Phoenix School of Law (now Arizona Summit School of Law), where she was Managing Editor of the Law Review. Her legal education also included a Summer Abroad in International Criminal Law with Creighton University School of Law and multiple CALI Awards for excellence in Evidence and Civil Procedure.

Ms. DuMond’s legal career began with hands-on experience as a Contracted Law Clerk at trust and estates, criminal defense, and civil litigation firms while also working as a Bail Bond Agent. After passing the bar in 2013, she launched DuMond Law, PLLC, in 2014. Since then, she has built a reputation as a fighter in the courtroom, known for her persistence, strong trial skills, and client-centered approach. She has continuously managed her practice while maintaining an unwavering presence for her clients in court.

Samantha DuMond continues to provide personalized legal counsel, guiding clients through difficult challenges with determination and compassion.
