Samantha Bull

Samantha Bull is a Traffic Attorney who helps clients during stressful legal matters. She believes hiring and working with an attorney should be simple. Her approach focuses on access, trust, and a strong connection with each client, because legal issues can affect daily life in serious ways.

Samantha earned her Bachelor’s in Religious Studies and Art from Virginia Wesleyan University in 2011. She graduated from Regent University School of Law in 2015. Her education helped prepare her to guide clients through family law, traffic law, and other legal matters with care and attention.

Samantha has most of her experience in family law and traffic law matters. These areas help her balance patience and compassion with the adversarial nature of legal cases. Her work allows her to support clients while also standing ready to address difficult issues in court when needed.

Samantha began her time as an attorney at Legal Aid. That experience gave her valuable skills and helped her transition to private practice. She has appeared in Court in all seven cities of Hampton Roads, as well as several surrounding cities, giving her broad local courtroom experience.

Samantha is a member of the Virginia Beach Bar Association, Norfolk-Portsmouth Bar Association, Chesapeake Bar Association, Family Law Section of the Virginia State Bar, and Virginia Trial Lawyers Association. She is admitted to the Virginia State Bar and has a strong connection to the Southside of Hampton Roads.
