Daniel J. Miller

Daniel J. Miller is the founder of his firm and has practiced law since joining the Virginia Bar in 1998. He represents clients in criminal law, family law, DUI/DWI, drug crimes, traffic violations, sex crimes, violent crimes, white collar crimes, appeals, and other serious legal matters.

Daniel earned an Associate of Arts from Oxford College in 1987. He earned a Bachelor of Arts from Emory University in 1989, with majors in Philosophy and Sociology. He graduated from Western Michigan Law School in 1998, laying a strong foundation for his legal career.

Daniel began his legal career at Michael I. Ashe, P.C., where he focused on criminal law and traffic violations. In 2001, he opened his own firm. He now practices in Virginia state and federal courts, helping clients with difficult cases that require clear advice and careful preparation.

Daniel handles family law cases involving divorce, child custody and support, domestic violence, and paternity. His criminal practice includes DUI/DWI, drug crimes, traffic violations, sex crimes, violent crimes, white collar crimes, and appeals.
