Ryan G. Saharovich

Ryan G. Saharovich is a highly accomplished attorney based in Memphis, Tennessee, with a strong focus on mass tort litigation and personal injury law. He has built a reputation for handling complex cases, including those involving pharmaceutical injuries and product defects, through his leadership as chairperson of the Mass Tort Litigation Group at NST. His passion for helping individuals who have suffered injuries and ensuring they receive full compensation has been central to his career.

Mr. Saharovich earned his Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Texas at Austin in 2014. He then went on to earn his Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law in Atlanta, Georgia, where he graduated with honors in 2017. While at Emory, he received the Dean’s Award in Legal Writing and Research and the Custer-Tuggle Award for Excellence in Family Law. He also earned the Keith J. Shapiro Award for Excellence in Consumer Bankruptcy Writing for his article in the law review. He served as a Notes & Comments Editor on the Emory Bankruptcy Developments Journal.

After law school, Ryan G. Saharovich worked at Burch, Porter & Johnson, handling various litigation matters, including automobile accidents, medical malpractice, nursing home abuse, and commercial litigation. His early experiences shaped his passion for personal injury law, leading to recognition as a Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2019, 2020, and 2021.

Currently, as chairperson of the Mass Tort Litigation Group at NST, Mr. Saharovich continues to represent injured individuals in complex cases, using his legal expertise to secure favorable outcomes. Outside of his legal practice, he is actively involved in the Memphis community, serving on the board for Bornblum Jewish Community School and previously as Legal Counsel for Thrive Memphis. Mr. Saharovich is admitted to practice law in Tennessee and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Tennessee.
