Marcus Nahon

Marcus Nahon is a seasoned attorney and founding member of Nahon, Saharovich & Trotz Personal Injury Attorneys. With over four decades of legal experience, he has established himself as a trusted figure in personal injury law. After earning his B.A. from the University of Memphis in 1970, Marcus pursued his J.D. at the University of Memphis, Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law, graduating in 1974. He then went on to build a distinguished career focused on litigation, representing clients in areas such as personal injury, bankruptcy, criminal defense, business disputes, collections, and more.

Throughout his career, Marcus has spent a significant amount of time in the courtroom, handling legal hearings and trying cases in various Tennessee and federal courts. His vast trial experience has allowed him to become a strong advocate for individuals facing serious legal challenges. Marcus is admitted to practice law in all state courts in Tennessee, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Tennessee, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.

In 1989, Marcus co-founded the personal injury law firm Nahon and Saharovich with Alex Saharovich. What began as a general practice soon evolved into a firm dedicated exclusively to personal injury law, with a strong focus on car and truck accidents, workplace injuries, and defective product claims. Guided by Marcus’s leadership, Nahon and Saharovich has grown into one of the largest personal injury law firms in the United States, now featuring 33 experienced attorneys and a team of over 100 legal professionals.

Marcus Nahon has earned numerous accolades throughout his career, including being recognized as a Super Lawyer in the field of plaintiff personal injury law for multiple years. He has also served as a guest lecturer and as a special judge in Memphis courts. Marcus remains committed to providing exceptional legal services, advocating for his clients, and giving back to the community.
