He then went on to build a distinguished career focused on litigation, representing clients in areas such as personal injury, bankruptcy, criminal defense, business disputes, collections, and more.
Throughout his career, Marcus has spent a significant amount of time in the courtroom, handling legal hearings and trying cases in various Tennessee and federal courts. In 1989, Marcus co-founded the law firm Nahon and Saharovich with Alex Saharovich, initially focusing on a wide range of legal areas. Under Marcus’s leadership, the firm grew into one of the largest personal injury firms in the country, now with 33 attorneys and over 100 staff members.
Marcus Nahon has earned numerous accolades throughout his career, including being recognized as a Super Lawyer in the field of plaintiff personal injury law for multiple years.
