Royee Vlodaver

Royee Vlodaver is the President and Chief Manager of Vlodaver Law Offices, LLC. With over a decade of legal experience, he has built a reputation as a trusted advisor for businesses, corporations, and individuals. His primary focus includes mergers and acquisitions (M&A), commercial real estate transactions, and business law matters such as procurement, licensing, and master service agreements (MSAs).

Royee earned his J.D., Cum Laude, from William Mitchell College of Law and a B.A., Summa Cum Laude, from the University of Minnesota Honors Program, where he was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa. He is admitted to practice law in the State of Minnesota.
