Kevin P. Heaney

Kevin P. Heaney is a business attorney and trusted legal advisor who helps companies navigate transactions, contracts, real estate, and commercial finance. Kevin holds a J.D. and an MBA from the University of Montana, both with honors, and a BS in Business Administration (Finance) and Economics with the highest honors. His deep understanding of business and finance allows him to offer legal solutions that align with real-world commercial needs.

Kevin’s practice focuses on business transactions, banking and finance, corporate law, real estate, and creditors’ rights. He has helped companies buy and sell businesses, real estate deals, contract drafting, corporate restructuring, commercial leasing, financing arrangements, and foreclosures. As outside general counsel, Kevin provides ongoing legal support for companies that need a dedicated legal advisor but not a full-time in-house attorney.
