Laura M. Beckering

Laura M. Beckering is a business attorney who helps companies navigate transactions, mergers, and corporate legal matters. She works closely with businesses, investors, and organizations to structure deals, protect interests, and minimize future risks. Laura earned her law degree magna cum laude from Saint Louis University School of Law in 2019, where she was an Articles Editor for the Saint Louis University Law Journal and a member of the Order of the Woolsack. She also holds a B.A. in Psychology from Truman State University, graduating cum laude in 2015.

Laura advises clients on both buy-side and sell-side transactions, including asset purchases, stock sales, corporate restructurings, and commercial lease agreements. Laura is licensed to practice in Missouri and is actively involved in the Marian Middle School Young Professionals Board and the Gateway Arch Park Foundation Friends Advisory Board.
