Roger J. Hales

Roger J. Hales is Of Counsel at Nelson Williams in Boise and has spent decades handling business and corporate law, transactions, administrative law, legislative matters, real estate, secured transactions, contracts, employment, and technology agreements. He has represented professional licensing boards and state, county, and municipal governmental entities and has advised on purchases and sales of real property, business assets, and stock.

Roger earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the University of Idaho in 1984 and received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Idaho College of Law in 1987.
