Dustin Manwaring

Dustin Manwaring is the owner of Milestone Law PLLC in Pocatello, where he advises companies and entrepreneurs on business and intellectual property matters. The firm represents business and intellectual property clients in transactions and related litigation, with work involving business startup and development, corporate governance, contracts, intellectual property, and related disputes. His practice also includes estate planning for individuals and business clients, including succession-related planning.

Dustin earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Utah in 2004 and graduated from Drake University Law School in 2009. Before law school, he worked for SkyWest Airlines as a trainer, supervisor, and manager. During law school, he focused on intellectual property, criminal law and procedure, and election law. He also worked as a law clerk for the U.S. Attorney’s Office and practiced criminal defense under supervision through his law school’s legal clinic.

Dustin began his post-law-school career with a small civil litigation practice, where he developed legal research and writing skills, before launching his own practice in 2011. At Milestone Law, his work includes business agreements, corporate governance and compliance, trademark and copyright matters, unfair competition and trade secret disputes, and estate planning. The firm also assists business owners with succession planning and other issues connected to ownership, growth, risk, and future transitions.

Dustin Manwaring combines business-world management experience with legal training in transactions, intellectual property, litigation, and planning. His background as a former manager and the owner of his own firm gives him practical familiarity with the decisions entrepreneurs and closely held businesses face.
