Robyn E. Ross

Robyn E. Ross is a founding partner of Ross & Calandrillo in Mountainside, New Jersey, where she has devoted her legal career to family law. Certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Matrimonial Law Attorney, Ross represents clients in divorce, child custody, support, domestic violence, property division, and premarital agreement matters. She also serves as a family law mediator, helping clients pursue negotiated resolutions when appropriate.

Ross earned her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2006 after receiving a B.S. in Law and Justice with a minor in Spanish from The College of New Jersey. She was admitted to the New Jersey bar in 2007. Her legal education and focused matrimonial practice support her ability to analyze financial and parenting issues, prepare clients for litigation, and develop practical approaches to difficult family transitions.

Ross combines courtroom advocacy with alternative dispute resolution. She is an approved family law mediator under New Jersey court rules, has training in economic mediation involving domestic violence, and is certified as a Parent Coordinator. Her practice allows her to address disputes through litigation, mediation, and other structured processes depending on the circumstances. She also volunteers on Early Settlement Panels and has trained with Jersey Battered Women’s Service.

Robyn E. Ross has been selected to New Jersey Super Lawyers and has been recognized by New Jersey Family Magazine among its Best Lawyers for Families. She serves as Part VI Chair of the Statewide Panel of the New Jersey Supreme Court Committee on Character and has chaired or co-chaired bar association committees. Ross also lectures for the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education and remains active in state and county bar organizations.
