Sally R. Gaglini is the founder of Gaglini Law Group, LLC and an adjunct faculty member at Suffolk University Law School, where she teaches entertainment law. She has spent more than 25 years advising talented young artists, their families, and companies working with child performers.

Sally has extensive experience representing young performers and their families in matters involving contracts, guardianships, fiduciary responsibilities, and related legal concerns. She helped propose and develop Massachusetts legislation addressing child performers. Her background includes service as a courtroom advocate, court-appointed fiduciary, and guardian ad litem. She has written and presented on entertainment contracts, child performers, family law, and issues affecting minors working in entertainment.
