Laura J. Cervizzi

Laura J. Cervizzi is the founder of Cervizzi & Associates, with a practice focused on family law and domestic relations litigation. She has more than 35 years of experience and began her litigation career as an Assistant District Attorney for Middlesex County. Her work includes divorce, child custody, support, parental rights, complex property division, modification, and contempt matters. She founded her current practice in 2002 after working with a Boston family law firm.

Laura earned her J.D. from Suffolk University. She earned her B.A. from Merrimack College and completed coursework through the Criminal Justice Program at American University. Her academic background provided a foundation for a career involving litigation, family law, financial issues, and courtroom advocacy.

Laura represents clients in complex divorce and family disputes involving financial and parental concerns. She has earned the Certified Financial Litigator designation from the American Academy for Certified Financial Litigators. She is admitted in Massachusetts, the US Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, and the US District Court for the District of Massachusetts. Her practice addresses difficult property, support, custody, and post-judgment issues.
