Robert Emmet Treacy, Jr. is a seasoned South Carolina attorney and litigation director dedicated to representing victims of negligence and wrongful death. Robert earned his Bachelor of Arts from the College of Charleston in 1993 and his Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 1996. After completing a judicial clerkship with a Circuit Court judge in Anderson, he served as a prosecutor for the Oconee County Solicitor’s Office from 1997 to 1999, where he was commended for outstanding service. His early work shaped his skill in both criminal and civil litigation.
Over his 22-year career, Robert has tried and argued cases at every level of the South Carolina court system, including the Workers’ Compensation Commission, the Social Security Administration, and the U.S. District Court.
