Katherine C. Neal brings more than two decades of focused experience as a trial lawyer, dedicating her practice to personal injury, wrongful death, and crematory, funeral home, and cemetery malpractice matters. Katherine completed her Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Journalism from The Pennsylvania State University in 2002, along with minors in Political Science and Italian. She later earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Stetson University College of Law in 2004. While pursuing her law degree, she gained valuable courtroom experience as a judicial intern for a County Court Judge and as a Florida Supreme Court–certified Judicial Intern with the Sixth Circuit State Attorney’s Office. In addition to her academic achievements, she contributed as a senior associate to the Stetson Law Review, received the St. Petersburg Times Award for the Best Competition Paper, and served as a Stetson Ambassador, guiding and supporting incoming law students.
Katherine’s exceptional skills have earned her recognition across Florida’s legal community. She is a Florida Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer, a distinction held by less than seven percent of attorneys in the state and achieved at an impressively early stage in her career.
