Joseph Fantini

Joseph Fantini is the Managing Attorney of Rosen Injury Lawyers’ Mass Tort Department, where he represents victims harmed by defective drugs, medical devices, and consumer products. With a reputation for tenacity and precision, he has built a distinguished career advocating for clients injured by unsafe products, holding negligent corporations accountable across the nation.

Joseph earned his Juris Doctor from Widener University School of Law in 2009, where he excelled academically and received the Certificate of Achievement in Food and Drug Law for top performance in his class. During law school, he served as a law clerk for the Honorable Arnold L. New in the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas, gaining early exposure to complex legal proceedings and FDA regulatory frameworks.

Before joining Rosen Injury Lawyers, Joseph began his career at an international insurance defense firm, where he handled personal injury and product liability claims. This experience provided him with a deep understanding of defense strategies, which he now uses to secure justice and significant settlements for injured plaintiffs. In 2018, he joined Rosen Injury Lawyers to lead the firm’s Mass Tort Department, overseeing high-profile national litigations involving dangerous pharmaceuticals and defective devices.

Throughout his career, Joseph has helped recover millions of dollars for clients in mass tort and class action cases. His strategic leadership and courtroom acumen have earned him repeated recognition in Pennsylvania Super Lawyers as a “Rising Star” since 2013—an honor given to only 2.5% of attorneys statewide.
