Robert J. Bello

Robert J. Bello is a real estate attorney who guides clients through complex commercial property matters from start to finish. His work covers acquisitions, financing, development, leasing, and eventual sales. He represents both tenants and landlords in transactions involving office, industrial, retail, manufacturing, and multi-family properties across diverse markets.

Robert earned a B.A. from Northwestern University. He later obtained an M.B.A. from San Diego State University, where he was recognized as an Outstanding MBA/JD Graduate Student. He completed his legal education with a J.D. from Thomas Jefferson School of Law, magna cum laude, and contributed to the Thomas Jefferson Law Review.

Robert focuses his practice on real estate leasing and acquisition, and disposition matters. He regularly drafts and negotiates leases, purchase and sale agreements, SNDAs, estoppel certificates, development agreements, easements, and CC&Rs. His experience allows him to anticipate risks, clarify obligations, and structure agreements that support long-term business goals.

Robert is admitted to practice in Texas, California, and Illinois. He also either holds or has held real estate brokerage licenses in California, Georgia, Illinois, and Utah. During law school, he served as a Judicial Extern for Justice Judith Haller (Ret.) at the California Court of Appeals and for Judge Leo Papas (Ret.) at the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California.

Robert J. Bello is active in several professional and community organizations, including the Houston Bar Association, Real Estate Section, NAIOP (Commercial Real Estate Development Association), and the Association for Corporate Growth, Houston Chapter. He also serves on the N-Club Board of Directors (Director, Northwestern University) and the NU Club of Houston Board of Directors (Director, Northwestern University).
