Born and raised in Conover, North Carolina, he returned to the local community after completing his legal education to build a practice grounded in strong advocacy, thorough preparation, and dependable client representation.
Robert completed his undergraduate education at Lenoir-Rhyne University, where he graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, earning honors recognition for academic excellence. He went on to earn his Juris Doctor from Elon University School of Law in 2009, graduating in the top ten percent of his class and becoming a member of Delta Theta Phi, International Law Fraternity.
After law school, Robert gained valuable experience working with multiple Hickory-area firms, handling both criminal and civil matters. He practiced as an associate attorney with Andrew Jennings, Attorney at Law, and later with Lovekin & Young, PC, where he further developed his litigation skills and courtroom experience. In 2013, he founded The Cayll Law Firm to provide focused, client-centered legal representation.
Robert is admitted to practice law in North Carolina and is certified to practice in the Federal District Court, a distinction he earned in 2009. He is an active member of the Catawba County Bar and the 25th Judicial District, maintaining strong professional ties within the local legal community.
