Jake Kruger

Jake Kruger is an experienced North Carolina trial attorney whose practice concentrates on criminal defense, family law, DWI and DUI defense, and traffic-related matters. He represents clients in cases ranging from minor infractions to complex felony charges and contested domestic matters, providing focused advocacy and strategic legal guidance.

Jake earned his Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law. He completed his undergraduate studies at Wake Forest University, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Biology, and also attended Catawba College. He is admitted to practice law in North Carolina.

After completing his legal education, Jake gained practical experience working alongside established attorneys in criminal defense and family law. This early exposure allowed him to develop strong courtroom skills and a comprehensive understanding of case strategy, negotiation, and trial preparation across multiple areas of law.

Jake later founded Kruger Law Firm, PLLC, where he continues to represent individuals facing serious legal challenges. His criminal defense practice includes felony, misdemeanor, and infraction cases, while his family law work encompasses divorce, separation, child custody and support, alimony, post-separation support, equitable distribution, and domestic violence protective orders.

In addition to criminal and family law matters, Jake regularly defends clients charged with DWI and DUI offenses and handles traffic violations, including speeding tickets.
