Arthur A. Garton

Arthur A. Garton focuses his practice on complex criminal defense, personal injury, and family law matters. Arthur earned his Juris Doctor from Detroit College of Law after completing a Bachelor of Arts at American International College and a Master of Arts in Business Management from Central Michigan University. Arthur is one of only two Macomb County attorneys to complete the National Criminal Defense College Trial Practice Institute. Arthur’s professional career also includes service in the United States Air Force from 1971 to 1975, shaping a mindset grounded in discipline, resilience, and accountability.
