Evan completed his education in North Carolina, graduating from Hickory High School in 2003. He earned his undergraduate degree from North Carolina State University in 2007 before obtaining his Juris Doctor from the Charlotte School of Law in 2011. During law school, Evan was a member of the Trial Advocacy Team and gained hands-on experience working with both the District Attorney’s Office and the Public Defender’s Office.
