Robert earned his Bachelor’s degree from St. Mary’s University and went on to receive his Juris Doctor from St. Mary’s University School of Law. Early in his legal career, Robert served as an Assistant District Attorney before advancing to the role of Assistant United States Attorney in the Western District of Texas.
As a federal prosecutor, Robert managed high-profile cases involving bank robbery, hate crimes, human trafficking, fraud, and other complex offenses. He also served in the Complex Fraud and Public Corruption Unit, where he developed expertise in white-collar crimes such as wire fraud, tax violations, healthcare fraud, and procurement fraud.
Transitioning to private practice, Robert used his experience from government service to defend individuals facing serious criminal charges.
