Rob Welsh

Rob Welsh is a partner and shareholder at Evashevski Elliott PC in Albany, Oregon. He represents clients in a range of legal matters, including business law, real property issues, landlord-tenant matters, and litigation, providing practical guidance and clear legal strategies.

Rob earned his Juris Doctorate from Lewis and Clark College, Northwestern School of Law. He also holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Montana. His education provided a strong foundation for a legal career focused on business and property-related matters.

Rob previously served as Deputy County Counsel for Linn County. In that role, he gained valuable experience in government-related legal matters and in advising on issues affecting public entities and operations.

Rob has also represented medical providers in matters involving compliance and insurance. This experience strengthened his ability to analyze complex regulatory issues and provide practical legal solutions for professional clients.
