Paul Britton is a partner who represents clients in business, real estate, and agricultural law matters. He works with individuals and businesses to address legal issues affecting daily operations, providing practical guidance and clear legal strategies.
Paul earned his J.D. from the University of Washington School of Law. During law school, he participated in the Low Income Taxpayer Clinic, where he helped clients negotiate tax matters with the Internal Revenue Service.
Paul also served as an Executive Editor for the Washington International Law & Policy Journal while attending the University of Washington School of Law. This experience strengthened his legal research and writing skills.
Paul completed his undergraduate education at the University of Oregon, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in History. His academic background provided a strong foundation for his legal career.
Paul focuses his legal practice on business law, real estate matters, and agricultural law. He works with small and medium-sized businesses across the Willamette Valley to help them manage legal challenges and make informed decisions.
Paul is an active member of the Oregon State Bar. He also participates in the Real Estate and Land Use, Business Law, and Agricultural Law sections of the bar.
Paul Britton also volunteers in his community and has served as a Court Appointed Special Advocate for children in foster care while also volunteering as an assistant high school football coach.
