The firm began in an early twentieth-century home on Van Buren Avenue in downtown Corvallis, later renovated and recognized by the Corvallis Civic Beautification Commission. In 2007, it expanded to Albany by assuming the practice of attorney Jim Jordan, strengthening service for Linn County residents and nearby communities throughout the region with care and continuity alike.

Evashevski Elliott PC further expanded in 2024 by acquiring the Law Office of John H. Myers in Sisters, Oregon. That office focuses primarily on estate planning and administration for Central Oregon clients. With offices in Corvallis, Albany, and Sisters, the firm combines decades of Oregon experience with personal counsel, helping clients plan, protect what matters, and resolve challenges with confidence and steady guidance from trusted Oregon counsel across generations statewide.
