Ricky Stern

Ricky Stern is the founder and owner of The Law Office of Ricky Stern LLC in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey. He helps clients pursue Social Security Disability, veterans’ disability, ERISA long-term disability, and workers’ compensation benefits. He also guides consumers through Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy law proceedings. His practice focuses on protecting income, obtaining lawful benefits, and relieving financial pressure through personalized representation.

Ricky earned his B.A. in Economics from the University of Maryland. He received his M.B.A. in Finance from Pace University and joined the Omicron Delta Epsilon Economic Society. He earned his J.D., summa cum laude, from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University. He served as a Pro Bono Scholar during law school. He later received his LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law. He is licensed to practice in New Jersey and New York.

Ricky spent more than eight years helping individuals obtain Social Security Disability benefits before establishing his law office. He co-founded GAR Disability Advocates, a national advocacy firm that continues providing disability services to his law firm’s clients. His background helps him understand the medical, financial, and procedural challenges facing people seeking benefits. He uses that experience to prepare claims, explain legal options, and advocate for the maximum available relief.
