Richard L. McBreen III

Richard L. McBreen III is a senior associate attorney at Mark C. Cogan, P.C., where he focuses exclusively on criminal defense. With nearly a decade of experience representing clients in both state and federal courts, Richard provides high-caliber representation in a wide array of serious criminal matters. His practice includes property crimes, robbery, burglary, assault, sex offenses, domestic violence, DUII, weapon-related charges, Measure 11 and 57 offenses, internet crimes, expungements, and white-collar crimes.

Richard earned his J.D. from Willamette University College of Law and holds a B.A. in Political Science from Portland State University, which he completed in 2007.
