Richard A. Schwartz

Richard A. Schwartz is a highly experienced bankruptcy attorney with more than 35 years of dedicated service in consumer and business bankruptcy law. As the founder of Schwartz Bankruptcy Law Center, he represents individuals and companies seeking relief through Chapter 7, Chapter 13, and Chapter 11 bankruptcy, as well as alternative debt resolution methods.

Richard received his Juris Doctor from The Ohio State University College of Law in 1983 and earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics, cum laude, from Vanderbilt University in 1980. He is admitted to the bars of Kentucky, Indiana, and Ohio, along with several U.S. District Courts and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
