Rich Andrus

Rich Andrus is an experienced trial lawyer who has practiced law in Rexburg since 1971. He focuses on personal injury law, workers’ compensation, estate planning, real estate, commercial and business law, divorce and family law, and criminal law at Rigby, Andrus & Rigby Law, PLLC. Over decades of practice, he has represented hundreds of clients and guided them through complex legal issues with skill and care. His work includes both litigation and negotiation, allowing him to pursue strong results in and out of the courtroom. He has secured settlements ranging from a few thousand dollars to more than $1.5 million for injured clients.

Rich earned his J.D., with honors, from the University of Oregon in 1971. During law school, he was a member of the Oregon Chapter – Order of Coif for Academic Excellence. He also holds a B.A. from Brigham Young University, completed in 1968. His strong academic background laid the foundation for his disciplined approach to research, writing, and trial preparation.

Rich has built a reputation for professionalism and ethical service throughout his career. He is licensed to practice in all Idaho and Federal Courts, including the Supreme Court of the United States. He has been a member of the Idaho Trial Lawyers Association and the Association of American Trial Lawyers (now known as the American Association of Justice). He has served on the Board of Governors of the Idaho Trial Lawyers Association.

Rich Andrus is also a past president of the Seventh Judicial District Bar Association.
