David G. Bandré is an experienced estate planning lawyer who serves clients across Missouri. He focuses on civil litigation, estate planning, business and corporate law, and immigration matters at Bandre’ Hunt & Snider, LLC. He represents individuals, families, businesses, and local governments. Over the years, he has handled cases in more than 55 counties across the state. His broad legal knowledge allows him to guide clients through complex legal issues with confidence and clarity. He works closely with each client to understand their goals and protect their interests.
David earned a B.S. in Psychology and a B.S. in Business from Baker University, graduating cum laude in 1992. He later earned his J.D. from the University of Missouri – Kansas City in 1995. That same year, he was admitted to the Missouri Bar. He is also licensed to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit, and multiple U.S. District Courts, including the Western and Eastern Districts of Missouri. In 2006, he became a certified mediator.
David has received several honors for his legal skill and service throughout his career. He earned the American Jurisprudence Award for Constitutional Law and the Lon O. Hocker Trial Lawyer Award. He was also named one of Missouri’s Top 40 Lawyers Under 40. As a former City Attorney for many mid-Missouri communities, he has provided trusted legal counsel to public officials and local agencies.
