Rebecca A. Seibert, Esq., is an accomplished attorney licensed in South Carolina and Georgia. She brings a diverse professional background to her legal practice, shaped by experience in real estate, title law, and family-related matters. Known for her thorough approach and client-focused representation, Rebecca provides trusted guidance to individuals and families navigating complex legal challenges.
Rebecca earned her B.A. in French and Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania, where she was a member of Chi Omega sorority. She went on to earn her J.D. from Ave Maria School of Law as a recipient of the St. Thomas More Scholarship. During law school, she was a charter member of the Criminal Justice Society, served as Vice Dean of Delta Theta Phi Law Fraternity, and completed an externship at the Washtenaw County Friend of the Court in Ann Arbor, Michigan, focusing on child support modifications and legislative research. She also holds an M.A. in Theology from Saint Leo University.
Rebecca began her career in the title industry in 2001, eventually becoming a licensed title insurance agent in Michigan, Georgia, and South Carolina. She later practiced real estate law with Morris|Hardwick|Schneider, LLC in Atlanta and with Buist, Byars & Taylor, LLC in North Charleston and Kiawah/Seabrook. Her knowledge of real estate and title law continues to inform her legal practice, allowing her to provide comprehensive counsel on property and estate matters.
In addition to her legal work, Rebecca A. Seibert is active in her community and her church, where she serves as a cantor, choir section leader, and religious education teacher. Drawing on her broad professional and academic background, she is dedicated to delivering effective, detail-oriented representation while remaining deeply committed to client service.
