Randy M. Weber

Randy M. Weber, Esq., is a founding partner and trial attorney at Pita Weber Del Prado, bringing over 30 years of experience to Florida’s State and Federal Courts. He has dedicated his career to representing individuals and families in personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, and insurance disputes.

Mr. Weber holds a B.A. in English from the University of Georgia, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude and was a member of Phi Beta Kappa, finishing in the top 2% of his class. He earned his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law, graduating Magna Cum Laude and in the top 3% of his class. While at Miami Law, he was a Dean’s Honor Scholar and served as an Associate Editor of the Inter-American Law Review.

Mr. Weber launched his legal career at the global law firm White & Case, where he gained hands-on experience handling complex, high-stakes cases. He then served as an Assistant Public Defender in Miami-Dade County, trying more than 20 jury trials and sharpening his courtroom and litigation skills. Since 1999, Mr. Weber has dedicated his practice to civil litigation, aggressively representing accident victims and their families in serious injury and wrongful death cases.

Mr. Weber’s legal achievements include securing multi-million-dollar settlements and judgments for clients and successfully litigating first-party insurance disputes. He notably achieved a “Claim Bill” for a minor client, passed by the Florida Legislature in 2022.

Mr. Weber actively participates in professional organizations and is admitted to practice in multiple U.S. District Courts across Florida. He also contributes to the legal community through leadership roles, including chairing committees and serving as a board member in local legal associations.
