About
Randy M. Weber, Esq., is a founding partner and trial attorney at Pita Weber Del Prado, bringing over 30 years of experience to Florida’s State and Federal Courts. He has dedicated his career to representing individuals and families in personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, and insurance disputes.
Mr. Weber holds a B.A. in English from the University of Georgia, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude and was a member of Phi Beta Kappa, finishing in the top 2% of his class. He earned his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law, graduating Magna Cum Laude and in the top 3% of his class. While at Miami Law, he was a Dean’s Honor Scholar and served as an Associate Editor of the Inter-American Law Review.
Mr. Weber began his career at the prestigious global firm White & Case, gaining valuable experience in high-stakes legal matters. He later served as an Assistant Public Defender in Miami-Dade County, where he tried over 20 jury cases, further honing his litigation skills. Since 1999, he has focused on civil litigation, advocating for accident victims and their families in severe injuries and loss cases.
Mr. Weber’s legal achievements include securing multi-million-dollar settlements and judgments for clients and successfully litigating first-party insurance disputes. He notably achieved a “Claim Bill” for a minor client, passed by the Florida Legislature in 2022.
Mr. Weber actively participates in professional organizations and is admitted to practice in multiple U.S. District Courts across Florida. He also contributes to the legal community through leadership roles, including chairing committees and serving as a board member in local legal associations.
