Rachael earned a BA, summa cum laude, in Economics and Psychology from the University of Miami in 2013. She later obtained her Juris Doctor from NYU School of Law in 2016. During law school, she served as a Senior Editor for the Journal of Intellectual Property & Entertainment Law, strengthening her focus on emerging regulatory and technology issues.

Rachael focuses on structuring hedge funds, private equity and credit funds, fund of funds, and hybrid investment vehicles. She assists with seed and strategic investments, joint ventures, co-investment platforms, and managed accounts. Her work includes private equity transactions, debt deals, and cross-border structuring for sophisticated investors managing substantial assets.

Rachael maintains an active FinTech practice covering digital asset regulation, tokenization, cryptocurrency, smart contracts, blockchain, and payments technology. She has advised on token offerings, custody platforms, distributed ledger systems, and cryptocurrency trading arrangements. Her experience also includes guidance on DAO governance, NFT platforms, and digital securities initiatives.

Rachael provides counsel on regulatory frameworks such as the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, the Investment Company Act of 1940, Regulation D of the Securities Act of 1933, and the Corporate Transparency Act. She contributes to industry publications and legal updates addressing crypto developments, private fund regulation, and beneficial ownership reporting requirements.
