Jessica N. Agostinho

Jessica N. Agostinho is a partner in Washington, DC, who advises employers and plan sponsors on complex employee benefits and executive compensation matters. She works with organizations to design, maintain, and improve retirement and welfare benefit plans. She counsels clients on compliance with ERISA, the Internal Revenue Code, the Affordable Care Act, HIPAA, COBRA, and SECURE 1.0 and 2.0.
