R. Daniel Fleck

R. Daniel Fleck is a partner at The Spence Law Firm, LLC, who represents clients in complex personal injury law and civil rights litigation. He handles oil and gas accidents, trucking crashes, motor vehicle collisions, aviation claims, workplace injuries, products liability, and sexual abuse cases. He further represents clients in medical malpractice matters involving birth injuries, Erb’s palsy, shoulder dystocia, and other severe harm. He has represented clients in more than 25 states.

Mr. Fleck earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Wyoming in 1991. He earned his J.D. from the University of Wyoming College of Law in 1993. He clerked at The Spence Law Firm, LLC during law school and spent two summers assisting Gerry Spence during trials. After graduation, he served two years as director of Lawyers & Advocates for Wyoming, a nonprofit public-interest law firm.

Mr. Fleck joined The Spence Law Firm, LLC in 1996 and became a partner in 2000. He serves on the firm’s management group and helps clients pursue accountability against corporations, insurers, government entities, and other powerful defendants. He develops cases involving fixed-wing aircraft, helicopters, defective pharmaceuticals, nutritional supplements, industrial hazards, unsafe products, and constitutional violations. His trial practice combines detailed investigation, technical evidence, expert analysis, and focused courtroom advocacy.

R. Daniel Fleck brings more than three decades of legal experience to high-stakes cases involving serious injuries and institutional misconduct. He belongs to the American Association for Justice and its Birth Trauma Litigation Group. He has served with the Wyoming Trial Lawyers Association, Lawyers & Advocates for Wyoming, and the Wyoming Access to Justice Commission. His background as a licensed pilot and avid motorcyclist complements his experience handling aviation and roadway claims.
