Price Sigal

Price Sigal serves as Of Counsel at Henderson & Henderson Law Firm, focusing her practice on criminal defense and DUI matters. She has been practicing law since 2012 and draws on more than a decade of prosecutorial experience to protect the rights of clients facing charges. Since transitioning to defense in 2023, she has worked with determination to help individuals in Charleston and surrounding communities navigate criminal proceedings with confidence.

Sigal earned her B.A. in Journalism from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill before receiving her J.D. from the University of South Carolina School of Law. She is admitted to practice in both South Carolina and North Carolina, providing her with flexibility to represent clients across state lines. Her strong educational foundation and bar admissions have positioned her to handle a wide range of criminal matters effectively.

Before joining the defense bar, Sigal spent nearly eleven years as a prosecutor, working in seven counties throughout the Charleston and Beaufort areas. This role gave her deep insight into the strategies and processes used by the prosecution, which she now leverages to build strong defenses for her clients. Her ability to anticipate challenges and craft practical solutions has led to favorable results in cases ranging from misdemeanors to more serious charges.
