Peter Louie is a highly respected Virginia and Pennsylvania-licensed attorney who focuses on criminal and traffic defense throughout Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Chesapeake, and the greater Hampton Roads region. Louie began his academic journey at Grove City College, where he graduated cum laude at age 20 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. He then earned his Juris Doctorate from Liberty University School of Law in 2008. While in law school, he gained valuable experience interning with the City of Lynchburg Attorney’s Office, observing diverse legal matters involving tort, employment, property, and contract law. He also received mediation training and became a Certified Christian Conciliator™ with the Institute for Christian Conciliation™, underscoring his dedication to resolving disputes with fairness and compassion.

Louie’s professional background extends beyond the courtroom. Before establishing his law practice, he served as Director of Research for Liberty University School of Engineering, securing grants and managing intellectual property. As an adjunct professor, he taught Engineering Ethical and Legal Issues, guiding students on topics such as professionalism, corporate responsibility, and environmental ethics. Since 2011, he has focused his career on courtroom advocacy, combining his academic insight with practical legal skill.
