Amie earned her Juris Doctor from Texas A&M University School of Law in 2011. She also holds a Master of Arts in Dispute Resolution (2008) and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology (2006) from Southern Methodist University. Her academic background in psychology and dispute resolution strengthens her ability to mediate conflicts, understand client perspectives, and develop strategic, tailored legal solutions.

Before joining The Gale Law Group, Amie operated her own practice—The Law Office of Amie Pratt—where she represented both employers and employees in workplace disputes, gaining valuable insight into all sides of employment litigation. She also served as an associate attorney at The Robles Law Firm, focusing on labor and employment law in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. Her earlier experience as a Probation Officer and Pre-Adoptive Home Study Clinician in Dallas County deepened her understanding of mental health, rehabilitation, and family dynamics—areas that continue to inform her empathetic legal approach today.
