Marivious Allen is a skilled attorney whose commitment to justice and community has defined his legal career. Marivious began his academic journey at Baylor University, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in 2017 with minors in Political Science and Philosophy. His studies built a foundation in leadership, ethics, and management that continues to influence his professional practice. He later pursued his Juris Doctor at Liberty University School of Law, graduating in 2021. During law school, he clerked for the General Counsel of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, gaining valuable experience in administrative and government legal processes.

Marivious also served on the Young Lawyers Division board for the State Bar of Virginia and held leadership positions as Chapter President and Regional Board Member for the Black Law Students Association. These experiences reflect his strong commitment to professional development, advocacy, and community leadership within the legal field.

Marivious Allen continues to dedicate his career to serving clients and communities with integrity, professionalism, and compassion—qualities that define his approach to the practice of law and strengthen his role as a trusted legal advocate in Texas. Marivious was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in October 2021 and later to the U.S. District Court Southern District of Texas in 2022. His practice spans diverse legal areas, including employment disputes, school and education law, municipal governance, and criminal defense. His representation of clients such as Port Arthur ISD and the City of Ames demonstrates his ability to navigate complex legal issues with diligence and precision.
