Peter Bober

Peter Bober is an accomplished attorney and public servant whose legal and civic careers reflect integrity, innovation, and dedication to community service. Peter earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where he served as Senior Editor of the University of Pennsylvania Law Review. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Texas at Austin, where he was recognized as a Non-Resident Tuition Exemption Scholar. His education laid the foundation for a career defined by leadership, analytical excellence, and public trust.

Before establishing his private practice, Peter volunteered with federal agencies, including the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the U.S. Attorney’s Office Organized Crime and Racketeering Strike Force. His dedication to justice and public service led him to serve as Mayor of Hollywood, Florida, from 2008 to 2016, following eight years as a City Commissioner. His tenure strengthened the city’s fiscal management and civic engagement, leaving a lasting community legacy.

Licensed to practice law in Florida, Texas, New York, and Washington, D.C., Peter Bober is also admitted to numerous federal courts across those jurisdictions. In 2024, he was appointed by the President of the United States to the U.S. Coast Guard Academy Board of Visitors. The following year, Hollywood honored his leadership by dedicating “Mayor Peter Bober Centennial Park.”
