Allison E. Folds is the Senior Partner at Folds Walker Attorneys at Law, where he has served clients in Gainesville and surrounding communities for over five decades. Allison earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida College of Law in 1965 after completing a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Florida State University in 1962. Admitted to the Florida Bar in 1966, he is also licensed to practice before multiple U.S. District Courts, the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, and the U.S. Supreme Court. His deep understanding of both business and legal principles enables him to effectively represent clients in matters requiring precise financial and legal insight.

Throughout his distinguished 57-year career, Allison has handled numerous high-asset family law cases, medical malpractice claims, wrongful death actions, and real property disputes. As a Certified Family and Circuit Mediator, he brings a balanced and solution-oriented approach to conflict resolution. Allison has also served as City Attorney for several Florida municipalities, including Waldo, Newberry, and Alachua, demonstrating his broad public service.
