Patrick earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting in 1989 from the University of Kentucky and later obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Kentucky College of Law in 1992. He has been a licensed attorney in Kentucky since 1992 and has been admitted to practice before the U.S. Tax Court since 2007.

Patrick also holds the designation of Certified Public Accountant, granted by the Kentucky Society of CPA’s and the AICPA. His financial acumen strengthens his ability to guide clients through legal matters involving taxation, mergers, acquisitions, and business succession planning.
