Hector J. Carbajal II is the founder of Carbajal Law in Las Vegas, Nevada, and a distinguished attorney with more than 25 years of experience in complex civil and business litigation. His practice covers a broad spectrum of legal areas, including product liability, commercial leasing, landlord/tenant law, real estate, corporate governance, shareholder disputes, and covenants not to compete. Hector is known for his strategic litigation skills and deep knowledge of trial and appellate procedure in both state and federal courts.
Hector earned his J.D. from Harvard Law School in 1997. He holds a B.S., cum laude, from the University of Utah with majors in Criminology, Political Science, and Sociology, and University Honors distinction.
Before founding Carbajal Law, Hector served as a shareholder at Lionel Sawyer & Collins and later as a partner at Carbajal & McNutt, LLP. He also co-founded Smith Carbajal in 2017.
