Hayden Holbrook

Hayden Holbrook is a committed legal advocate with experience in handling a range of complex issues across litigation and business law. He represents clients in matters such as contractual disputes, employment law, corporate governance, and commercial lease negotiations. Hayden began his academic path at Saint Xavier High School in Louisville. He earned dual degrees in Finance and Economics with a minor in International Business from the University of Kentucky. He later earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Kentucky College of Law in 2018, where he gained valuable advocacy experience as a member of the Kentucky Moot Court Board and as Treasurer of the Trial Advocacy Board.

Hayden is a business-focused attorney with experience in both transactional and litigation matters across securities law, intellectual property, creditors’ rights, and municipal law. He regularly handles cases involving patents, trademarks, bankruptcy, and public agency representation. Hayden’s practice is centered on helping clients strategically manage legal risk, resolve complex disputes, and protect their business and intellectual property interests.

Hayden also holds credentials from the National Institute of Trial Advocacy, received in 2020, strengthening his courtroom readiness and trial advocacy skills. During law school, he was honored with the University of Kentucky Pro Bono Award for his service through the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) Program.

Holbrook is admitted to practice in Kentucky and has also appeared pro hac vice in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky. He is admitted to federal courts including the Western District of Kentucky and the District of Colorado. His professional affiliations include the Kentucky Bar Association, Louisville Bar Association, ABA, and Colorado Bar Association.
