Patrick T. Napolski

Patrick T. Napolski is a personal injury attorney at George Sink, P.A. Injury Lawyers, where he represents clients in a wide range of serious civil matters. His experience includes wrongful death, professional malpractice, premises liability, and complex personal injury cases. Since joining the firm in 2015, he has built a reputation for careful preparation, compassionate client service, and strong courtroom advocacy, working to ensure individuals and families receive the justice and compensation they deserve.

Mr. Napolski earned his Bachelor’s in Psychology from Clemson University, where he was regularly on the Dean’s List. He later earned his J.D. from Charleston School of Law, where he was active in student organizations, including the Student Trial Lawyers Association and the American Bar Association Committee. His education helped him develop the advocacy skills and legal foundation he continues to use in civil litigation and personal injury practice today.

While in law school, Mr. Napolski externed with The Honorable Mikell Scarborough, Charleston County Master in Equity, and the Ninth Judicial Circuit Solicitor’s Office. These experiences gave him valuable exposure to both civil and criminal proceedings and allowed him to strengthen his trial preparation skills. He is licensed to practice law in South Carolina, Illinois, Georgia, and the U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina, representing clients across multiple jurisdictions.

Outside of his client work, Patrick T. Napolski contributes to the legal community by mentoring law students and judging moot court and mock trial competitions. He also serves on the South Carolina Bar Association’s Professional Development Committee and participates in Charleston School of Law’s Mentoring Program. Respected by peers and trusted by clients, he combines courtroom skill with a dedication to serving others both professionally and personally.
