Brian Pistotnik

Brian Pistotnik has built a long and accomplished career representing injury victims throughout Kansas. Since 1987, he has focused on personal injury law, taking on complex cases involving auto collisions, trucking accidents, motorcycle crashes, slip and fall incidents, and construction accidents in both state and federal courts.

Brian began his academic path at Wichita Southeast High School, graduating in 1980. He went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Oklahoma, completing the degree in only three and a half years. In 1987, he received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Kansas Law School, where he was in the top ten percent of his class.

Brian’s legal work has been marked by consistent dedication to client service. He has represented thousands of individuals and families across the state, frequently traveling to courts in multiple counties and appearing in workers’ compensation hearings.
