Patrick P. Coll

Patrick P. Coll is a seasoned trial and appellate attorney with over 25 years of experience handling complex legal matters across both state and federal courts. He has a broad litigation background, focusing on areas such as fiduciary disputes, trusts and estates, contracts, intellectual property, employment law, real estate issues, and business torts.

Patrick earned his B.A. in History with honors from the University of Florida and later obtained his J.D., also with honors, from the University of Florida College of Law. While in law school, he was a member of the Justice Campbell Thornal Moot Court team, gaining early experience in appellate advocacy.

Patrick has represented clients from a wide range of industries, including healthcare, logistics, timber, legal and financial services, and real estate. His approach emphasizes both strategic advocacy and practical solutions. Known for achieving favorable outcomes, he has resolved high-stakes disputes involving multimillion-dollar estate claims, business dissolutions, shareholder actions, and executive employment agreements.

Patrick has served in numerous professional roles. He was appointed to a five-year term on the Florida Board of Bar Examiners by the Florida Supreme Court and continues to serve as an Emeritus member. He has also contributed to the legal field through his published work in Florida Civil Practice Before Trial and by serving on the Florida Bar’s Professional Ethics and Code and Rules of Evidence Committees.
