Kleber Miller is Senior Counsel at Lacy Malone Ryder & Menefee, PLLC, and one of Texas’s most respected litigators. With decades of experience, Mr. Miller advises clients on various legal issues, including commercial disputes, energy litigation, employment law, environmental cases, personal injury, probate and trusts, and professional liability.
Mr. Miller earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Texas School of Law. Over the course of his distinguished career, he has earned a reputation for legal excellence, strategic counsel, and deep dedication to professionalism. His litigation practice also extends to healthcare and business law, where he assists organizations and individuals in resolving high-stakes disputes.
Mr. Miller’s distinguished career has earned him some of the legal profession’s highest honors, including the State Bar of Texas Outstanding Fifty-Year Lawyer Award, the Tarrant County Bar Association’s Blackstone and Professionalism Awards, and repeated recognition in Best Lawyers in America® (1983–2017). He has also been named a Texas Super Lawyer and honored by the Fort Worth Business Press with both its Lifetime Achievement Award and Mentor Award, underscoring his long-standing leadership and impact in the Texas legal community.
Mr. Miller’s professional contributions include leadership roles in numerous legal organizations. He is a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation, a former State Chairman of the American College of Trial Lawyers, and a past President of the Fort Worth-Tarrant County Bar Association and the Texas Association of Defense Counsel. He was also Vice President of the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel and served as an Assistant District Attorney in Travis County early in his career.
Admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Western Districts of Texas and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, Kleber Miller continues to serve as a legal mentor and advisor, bringing unmatched experience and commitment to every case he handles.
