Patrick I. Jones

Patrick I. Jones is a partner at Withered Burns, LLP in Lafayette, Indiana. He represents clients in personal injury cases, general litigation, business disputes, municipal matters, real property issues, and wills, trusts, and estates. He serves individuals, small businesses, and local government clients.

Patrick earned his B.A. in History and Political Science from Purdue University in 2011. He received his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 2015. During law school, he served as an Associate Editor of the Indiana Law Review and was a member of the Dean’s Tutorial Society.

Patrick is admitted to practice in Indiana and before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana. His litigation practice includes handling disputes for businesses and individuals, as well as representing municipal clients in a range of legal matters.

Patrick has received several honors, including recognition on the Dean’s List and the Lloyd Littell Memorial Scholarship. He also competed in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot. He has contributed to legal scholarship with published work in Res Gestae.

Patrick is actively involved in professional and community organizations. He serves as President of the Indiana State Bar Association Litigation Section Council and holds leadership roles with local boards and legal organizations in the Greater Lafayette area.
