Parker Kornick focuses his practice on employment-based and business immigration, representing employers and individuals across a wide range of industries, including engineering, health care, agriculture, oil and gas, technology, and hospitality. He has successfully handled matters for professionals, investors, and skilled workers, guiding clients through the complexities of U.S. immigration law with precision and care.
Parker earned his bachelor’s degree from Louisiana State University in 2006 before completing his Juris Doctor at Loyola University New Orleans College of Law in 2009. While in law school, he developed a strong interest in immigration and has since dedicated his career to representing clients before federal agencies and immigration courts. Licensed to practice law in Louisiana, she also represents clients nationwide before Immigration Courts and the Board of Immigration Appeals.
Parker’s experience includes securing B-1 business visas, H-1B specialty occupation visas, H-2A and H-2B temporary worker visas, L-1 intracompany transfers, E-1 and E-2 investor visas, O and P visas for individuals with extraordinary ability, as well as labor certifications, consular processing, permanent residency, waivers, and naturalization. Additionally, he assists companies with regulatory compliance before the USCIS, the Department of Labor, the Department of State, and U.S. Customs and Border Protection.
Active in the legal community, Parker is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association’s Immigration Law Section and the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). He also belongs to Phi Gamma Delta and remains engaged in professional development within his field.
